This Privacy Policy is issued by Pakistan Pharmacy, Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan ("we," "our," or "us"), the pharmacy that dispenses your order. It covers the Pakistan Pharmacy app and website only. By creating an account and using our app or website, you agree to this Privacy Policy, including the collection and use of prescription images described in Section 2.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information from you when you register an account, place an order, or upload a prescription.

• Personal Data: name, delivery address, email address, and phone number that you voluntarily give us.
• Prescription Images: photos of your prescription that you upload to place an order. These are health data tied to your identity.
• Order Data: items ordered, order history, and payment method used. We do not store full card numbers.
• Derivative Data: information our servers automatically collect, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages viewed, to keep the service working and secure.

2. Prescription Images — Who Can See Them

A prescription image you upload is visible only to our registered pharmacist and pharmacy staff directly involved in verifying and dispensing your order. It is never shown to other customers, never sold, and never shared with advertisers.

We keep the image for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet pharmacy recordkeeping requirements, then it is securely deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — see Section 6.

By accepting this Privacy Policy when you create your account, you consent to uploading and processing prescription images on the terms above.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account.
• Process your orders and verify prescriptions.
• Contact you regarding your account or order.
• Improve our website and app.
• Prevent fraudulent transactions and protect against criminal activity.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others, and we do not share your prescription images with any third party. We share order details only with the rider or courier assigned to deliver your order, and only what they need to complete the delivery.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we take reasonable steps to secure the data you provide, no security measure is completely impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against interception.

6. Your Rights — Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account or your data, including prescription images, email privacy@pcpharmacy.pk or use the "Delete My Account" option in the app under Account. We will confirm once the request is complete.
